I've had a Mypoints Mastercard since August 2000, and have never had a problem with the points being posted to my Mypoints account. I registered for the e-mail alerts, so I'm sent an e-mail when the billing period has closed and when my payment has been received. For the last year and a half, the points have been posted to my account the same day that the e-mail notification has been sent out.
However, I got my e-mail notice last night about the billing period ending, and my balance due. When I went to Mypoints to check my balance, the points hadn't been credited. This is the first time since I've had the card that the points haven't been credited the same day that the billing period closed. With all the talk of Nextcard not doing well financially, I'm concerned that my points won't be credited to my Mypoints account. Am I panicked over nothing, or should I wait a few das?
