I got on a website today called Walt Dated World and it was talking about a breakfast show called " Breakfast with Melvin the Moose " it was in the same place as the HDDR, has anyone ever heard of this, this is my first time every hearing of this and I thought I knew about all the old stuff the fort use to offer ? Just curious.

I remember going to this show.I think it was either late 70's or very early 80's.I seem to recall family style service. All the regular breakfast food.I think Chip and Dale were there also.

Chip and Dale I remember, but not Melvin the moose. I take that back, now that I looked at the pictures, yes we did see that.

Yep! Took my kids many times to the Melvin the Moose breakfasts. It was the early 80's.:thumbsup2

I remember bringing our son to the Pioneer Hall Character Breakfast in 1988. Melvin the Moose was gone by then though. We have great pictures of him with Chip & Dale and Pluto though! :)

Yes, I remember that Melvin the Moose breakfast at Pioneer Hall. We saw it the first time we ever went to WDW - in spring of 1979. And Chip and Dale were there too.

Breakfast was family style, and it was lots of fun..

We will be back at the Fort in two weeks, and can't wait. This will be our 12th trip -- and I think we got more excited every time we go.

What is it about WDW that makes us all feel this way??

It's a special chemical they pump into the air, it makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, and makes you spend more money!! :lmao:

My friends kid me because of my love of FW and WDW, and ask me if I zip-lock bag some air before I go home. I think that enough stays in the TT, because some times I can go out and sit in there and before you know it, I start getting that feeling!!!!!!

I loved Melvin the Moose and his two buddies when you came out of the Country Bears. I just couldn't get enough of the show that played for about 5 minutes after you came out. Memories...
