Does anyone remember what AP rates were for regular season at the WL?

After looking at several resorts on our recent trip, we've decided that we'd like to stay at the WL on our trip in May. We have APs and are trying to decide if we want to do a regular room hoping for an AP rate or if we want to rent DVC points for a studio in the villas at the WL. Just wondering if anyone remembers what the historic AP rates were for regular season at the WL. I've looked everywhere I can think of to look and could only find what dates they came out but not what they were. According to the DVC calculator, it looks like a studio in May would be 13 points/night for Sun-Thurs (which is what we need) so $130 at the going rate of $10/point. If that is going to be our best deal, I'd like to go ahead and get something reserved but if the historic AP rates are better, I'm comfortable waiting a little while to see what they end up being.

Thanks!

I haven't stayed at WL since 2002, but if I remember correctly....(big *if* here, but since no one else has answered I'll try to jog the memory :teeth: )

When we stayed in late August (value season?), I think it was around $140 for Woodview AP rate.

When we stayed in October (regular season?), I think it was $160ish for Courtyard Ap rate.

I'm not exactly sure of the prices, but considering my stays were a while ago $130 for a studio sounds great. If you can get that rate, you'll also be getting the fridge and mini kitchenette. Sounds good to me! :D

We have an AP rate at WL for Feb 24- Mar 3 of $189 for I think garden view. Hope that helps.

Is a WLV studio a much better choice than a standard room at the WL? What are the differences? I have never stayed at the WL, but hope to for the trip we are planning. Thanks, Sharon

I remember rates in the 160-180 range for a woodview and courtyard view last August. I think your studio rate is the best deal you will get. WLV studio would be a better choice than a standard room because wouldn't you have a little kitchen area and washer/dryer?

The studios don't have a washer/dryer. What they have is a little fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and little sink area.
