Does anyone recognize this doll?

I bought this doll at an antique mall yesterday because she was wearing an American Girl nightgown. I know from her markings that she is a 1969 Horsman baby, but I haven't been able to identify her. Does anyone have any idea who she might be?

The picture is somewhat blurry on my computer, but she looks like a Drink and Wet. Does she have a hard body or cloth?

She's all cloth body and definately not a drink and wet.

Her eyes blink, but otherwise, she's just an ordinary baby- no special features.
