Does anyone own one of these strollers? Need advice

I have a umbrella stroller for DD, but it only has the lap belt and she has been leaning forward and grabbing the wheels. We were in the mall last weekend and she did this. She grabbed the front wheels so hard and so quick that it came to a complete stop while DH was pushing her. Needless to say DH almost went over the stroller head first.

I looked on Wal mart's website and found these....

I also saw that they had one that has Mickey & Pals on it {like the Disney Princess one}, but I like that idea that the other ones have like a snack try that is in front of the seat to make sure that she can't bend over and grab the wheels incase she just might get out of the harness.

If anyone has one of the Cosco's mentioned above, is it easy to fold up? Does the snack try have to come off? Any advice would be apperciated about the strollers.

After having 3 children, I have seen a lot of Cosco baby items recalled. Our children consignment store won't buy anything made by Cosco for this very reason.

"Baby Bargins" book says Costco is usually a pice of junk and recomends that if you buy anything of theirs that you are using it as a temp kind of thing, not as something that you want to have around for more than one child. Just thought you ought to know.
