Does anyone make yogurt?

Thanks for the detailed instructions, mnrose! I just bought a bunch of yogurt today because it was on sale, but I'm going to try this next week!:thumbsup2

Okay, now I need more info on the homemade granola!! My DH is going to think I've lost my mind. :)

It's so easy :) take about three cups rolled oats, a sweetener ( I use raw honey but agave or real maple syrup works great too ) like 1/2 tsp salt , and all the add ins you like , nuts seeds, coconut, dried fruit, flax seed, chia seeds, really anything :) today I did almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, flax seed, coconut flakes ( the big dried flakes work great if you can find them) . Just put all the dry stuff in a bowl I never measure the nuts and stuff, just eyeball it . Then add the honey or what ever sweetner, I just add enough in to kinda coat everything . I add in some vanilla extract and almond extract . Peanut butter is good in it too. Preheat oven to 350. I use two big rectangle pans. Grease them and throw half the mix in each pan . I stir it every 10 min for 30-35 min until it looks toasted but not burned. Let it cool and store in the cupboard!!

Just made some granola to go with the yogurt for the kids breakfast. Thanks for the recipe. :)

Does anyone have any tips on how to make the yogurt smoother? My first batch was smooth, but the next 2 have been lumpy. :(
