Does anyone like the food at LTT???

We ate there for the first time last trip, and thought it was great! I had a salad with chicken and I definitely want that again!!

Keep the ADR and don't worry about it! The food is really not that bad. We enjoyed our meal at LTT quite a bit. I do think that CP had better food, but we are certainly going back to LTT on this trip. Some people LOVE the food at LTT so not everyone hates it. I thought it was pretty good actually. :thumbsup2

As someone posted above with the menu, it's all 3 meats that are served. :)

The dessert can change though--when we were there, it was apple, not cherry. I didn't eat it since I don't like apples, but DH said it was very good. The ice cream served on top was a vanilla bean, which was really good.

Our first trip as a couple we accidently had dinner at LLT & liked it so much it is now our traditional first night's dinner! We haven't been there for lunch, but I would recommend the dinner to anyone.
Jen

OK spill Jen, how do you "accidently" have dinner somewhere? I have a mental picture of 2 mad young disney fools tripping over the restaurant door step and falling face first into a plate of mashed potatos and being forced to eat(and pay for) the meal. :lmao:

I have been told that the hamburgers are out of this world. Are they only available at lunch?

Keep the ADR. We always enjoy it very much. It's a nice turkey dinner, I think. We go every trip!

Enjoy!

Same here. A trip to WDW wouldn't be complete without a lunch at LTT. Is it gourmet food? Not by any stretch, but it's good old fashioned comfort food and it's always served piping hot. We never leave unhappy or with an empty stomach.

We love lunch and dinner at LTT. We schedule both each trip. Great food (not gourmet, but good quality), great service and great character interaction at dinner. Best restaurant in MK, IMO.

ICK!!! We did not like the dinner at LTT. Tasted like a TV dinner! Definitely not worth the price for us!! The salad and rolls were very good, though!

We like the LTT. Allready have ADRs booked for Sept 29. I would not worry about going there, the food has been good every time we have been there.

We ate there a week ago. We have eaten lunch there and loved the food. As we were passing by, one of us went in to see if they had any openings for dinner. They had just gotten a cancellation so we took it. For some reason, I forgot that dinner was a lot different from lunch. We didn't realize it was a character meal with a Thanksgiving menu until we were sitting at our table. It worked out fine though. The salad was very good. We liked the rest of the meal. We didn't get any cranberry sauce. I don't care for mac and cheese so passed on that. The mac and cheese lovers commented that it was good and tasted like Stoufers - later finding out it was Stoufers. We had apple cobbler and it was very good. It was DD's birthday and the characters posed for pictures with each of us. They even came around more than once. I miss some of the food we had for lunch, but would go back there again for dinner.

:thumbsup2

The food at LTT is not gourmet by a long stretch. The sign outside the restaurant says it all "sponsored by stouffers". If you like stouffers you will be all set!

We ate there for dinner and loved it. It's just opinions....we thought the food was really great, we never once thought it tasted like "frozen dinners" or any of the common statements about it. We went because we had heard only good things about the food...so I guess it's just a new trend now that people don't like it. They used to! :rotfl: Just go and see for yourself.

We like the food there and are going back this coming trip. After eating everywhere else in Disney all week it is nice to have that "comfort food" and some sweet tea. DH told me he did not care where we ate while we were there as long as I made an ADR for LTT at least once..LOL

"Sponsored by" does not mean that's all they serve there. Most theme parks, including Disney, have all kinds of sponsors who pay for the advertising of their brands. The mac & cheese is the only thing that tastes like Stouffer's there. Everything else tastes like regular restaurant food.
