Does anyone know?

I know that Boma is a buffet, but I have also read on the boards that the menu does change daily. Does anyone have a menu of the rotation, or know which night is best to go?

Didn't know that it changed! DW & I have participated multiple times at Boma and found it to have the same mainstays everytime.

I believe they keep the same main dishes and only change the sides and salads slightly through the seasons or even through the week, just like any restaurant would, to accommodate the availability of their ingredients.
