I have a question about the Annual Passes, I am going to be getting one for next November (2008), when is the earliest I can purchase it? The annual pass does not start until the first day I use it correct? I was hoping to purchase it before prices go up next.. Is there a certain time of year the prices go up?

You can purchase an "exchange certificate" (aka voucher) for an AP right now. Your year of admission doesn't start until you exchange the voucher for the actual pass.

Purchasing a voucher "locks" in the price and if you have several passes to purchase, you can spread the cost out over several months by buying the vouchers as you have the cash available.

AFAIK, there isn't a particular time of the year for ticket prices to be increased and Disney doesn't advertise it in advance, LOL. Sometimes, we "regular DIS readers" have a day or two notice (someone leaks the info), but not always.
