Does anyone know where Via Napoli gets its pepperoni from?

My mother is a HUGE Via Napoli fan, so for Christmas I want to get her some of the pepperoni that Via Napoli uses so that she can recreate some of that Disney magic at home. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find out what pepperoni Via Napoli uses for its pizza. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

You need "cup and char" pepperoni.

I would imagine it's from Monarch, Sysco, US Foods, etc.

I would try emailing Guest Services and asking. Most times they won't know, but once in a while they'll surprise you and actually be able to track down the information. I inquired about a brand of cheese served at one of the lounges in Disneyland and Guest Services was actually able to track down the brand; I don't know if you'll have the same luck with Walt Disney World Guest Services, but it's worth a try. Another option would be to try contacting the Patina Group and see if they have any additional information.

1) From the local Pepperoni Farm.
2) But, you really need to get it during "harvesting" season before it grows too tall.

It being Via Napoli, it may actually be from Italy. I would try the email route as well.
