for the Rainforest Cafe? My friend is looking for the bruschetta bread recipe. Thanks for any info i will post this over on the cooking boards also.

Rainforest Cafe used to post recipes on their website but haven't in years.

I have a few on my website plus there are a handful available on several other sites. I like to search CopyKat and Uncle Phaedrus Finder of Lost Recipes (I'll get the link for you) among others for recipes.

That's my site. The bruschetta recipe I have there is from Hollywood & Vine at MGM. It's very good, tried it myself at their lunch buffet.
