I don't know for sure but I would guess it would be after Hallowe'en. (not sure if it would be the next day, a few days or a week afterwards) Maybe someone can confirm this?

Well they were 40% off at the DS in Buffalo at the end of last week. Maybe it'll be more the closer to Halloween it gets? I know the DS online has been having the 50% off sales on costumes.
