Does anyone know when "Jersey Week" is this year?

We are planning a trip on November and I remember reading somewhere that there is a week that schools are out in the state of New Jersey during the month of November. Could someone please tell me when this week will be this year? Thank you!

Thursday and Friday, Nov. 9 & 10 are the days of the NJEA Teacher's convention. Jersey week is this week.

OK I have been around here for several years and boy do I feel stupid, lol! I thought jersey week was the week where everyone that went got special jersey's or t-shirts to wear...like a club of some kind.

Jersey Week 2006 is roughly Sun November 5, to Sun November 12th. The beginnig of that week is not bad at all crowd-wise, the Thurs-Fri-Sat will be quite busy, but not Easter size. But even so, "Jersey Week" is certainly do-able, though the week before or the week after are less busy.

"Jersey Week" 2006 will probably follow this pattern:

Sun Nov 5 to Tues Nov 7: Things will be somewhat busier than the week before, but nothing too bad at all.

Wed Nov 8 - things noticably get busier at Disney, but still not the worst ever seen in the history of WDW.

Thurs Nov 9 to Sat Nov 11 - things are rather busy but still not "Easter" level. Everything is perfectly do-able with normal trip planning - get to the parks early and do the big rides; make restaurant reservations in advance. There are plenty of other people besides Jerseyans there, as other kids have Veteran's Day off or have a long weekend, and Epcot has the Food/Wine festival.

Sun Nov 12 - crowds start to diminish.
Mon Nov 13 - crowds are more typical for November.
