Does anyone know the name of this Restaurant?

One of my mother's friends told her about this nice restaurant in Kissimmee on the main street, it is actually a school where they teach chefs/hostess/waiters etc. They are said to have a very good buffet for $5 person. She could not remember the name though. Does anyone know the name or anything about this place?

I'm really not sure which restaurant this refers to, but you might get an answer by e-mailing directly to the Kissimmee Redevelopment Agency, which is involved in all the downtown businesses and should know who you mean.

It's called Peoples Place. However, last time I went through downtown, the place was empty and the sign was gone.
