I was just curious if it does the same route each day. So for instance we are staying at POP. I want to know if we would be first or last to get droppped off and what other resorts would be on the same bus with us.

I'm sure that each resort 'area' has a set route. But, how many stops would depend on who is going where. For instance...we did DME last month. We were at BCV. We stopped first at CBR, YC, then BC, then the bus continued to BW. When we left, we were at POR. But, since we filled the bus completely, there were no other stops.

As to where you fall in the drop-off route, sorry, can't help with that one. Maybe someone that has been at POP and used DME lately????

No POP experience, but we got back from a trip two weeks ago, and it appeared they were building drop-off routes as needed based on who was waiting in the queues at the airport. For instance, on our particular trip to the resorts, we had CBR, BWI, and AKL on the same bus. That would not have been my idea of a regular combination, but was just the luck of the draw on who arrived at the same time.

On the return Mears (the company that runs ME for Disney), sent a car as a pick-up for us. There were no other people with outbound flights near ours or at any near-by resorts, so we got a personal trip to MCO.

We used ME in June and stayed at Pop and were the first ones off. This was at 6:30 pm and not very many people on the bus. I know that they had CSR people onboard and I'm not sure who else.

I was also curious about this. I used the search feature and included POP and DME. I found many reports of POP being the first stop. I don't know if this is true but it seems to be what the majority of people are reporting. HTH :flower:

We were on DME on July 9th. Our first stop was POP and then they went to the All Star Resorts. Not sure if they went anywhere after that.

That is exactly what's been happening (by my experience and as confirmed by at least one DME driver on this board). I imagine doing this keeps everyone happy by getting them to their resorts ASAP.

I did read a driver saying that for any given combination of resorts on their DME bus they stop at the closest resort first and the farthest resort last (that way, no one gets annoyed that the bus passed their resort to go to another first). Just for the record, when I went on May 8 the drop off order on my bus was CBR (my resort) and then AKL and an All-Star Resort but I can't remember which was next and which was last.
