Does anyone know if the parks or restaurants
at Disney serve Lactaid or Lactose free milk? Thanks in advance!

I don't know the answer but I am hoping someone else will! My DD needs lactose free milk so I am hoping that they do. Also, does anyone know if they sell this milk at the resorts?

Thanks,
Terri

I am posting this not from experience, but from a quick search on allears.net

Another WDW guest found this to be true when she visited the parks:

"Here are the places we went that offered Silk soy milk for him.

-Port Orleans (French Quarter and Riverside)
-Chef Mickey's
-50's Prime Time Cafe

Here are a list of other sit-down restaurants we ate that didn't have any soy milk options. (No counter service restaurants we went to had it.)

-The Crystal Palace
-Biergarten
-Mama Melrose's
-All Star Cafe
-Planet Hollywood

I hope this helps anyone with a soy milk kid!!"

I do know that Disney is usually very accomodating about special dietary needs due to food intolerance/allergy, especially when notified in advance, and again at check-in at TS restaurants.

Here is a link on allears to other dietary information:

I hope this helps.

Don't know for sure, but we are statying ASMo and I posted a similar question a while back. Someone said that the food court at ASMo sold it. I hope it is true. Good to know that Chef Mickey does as well. We have ADRs for there. :-) Hopefully some others will know.

I was worried about that too. However, someone offered the tip to just bring lactaid chewables or tablets. Take it with your first bite of food. That way, you won't have to stress about finding something. Been trying it at home and it works well. I have to double up to two tablets, but the directions say that's still ok.

Good luck!

I called the Disney Dining Reservations and found out they do carry lactose free milk. They said you can also purchase it at Downtown Disney and they will keep it cool for you at the nurses station! YEA!
