Call and ask ... as a mother of 4 kids all on restricted diets due to food allergies and Celiac Disease (and I have celiac disease myself) I mark my allergies on the ADR when I make it, but I don't believe there is a box for that.
I am so used to meeting so many wonderful chefs (they come to your table and you order from them and they deliver the food -- it NEVER leaves their supervision during preparation) that my kids get the best meals and the best service. My 8yo would live on lamb chops if you let her and because of her extensive food allergies (dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, sesame) she wouldn't know a kids menu if you showed it to her. She gets lamb chops with veggies and french fries but for a kids meal price. She even had a new allergy (shellfish) pop up on the Disney Dream last week.
We avoided Teppan Edo because of shellfish allergies and my son's EXTREME sensitivity to even microscopic amounts of gluten (soy sauce). Even though they can use GF soy sauce, the residue cannot be cleaned off a hot hibachi.
