Have you tried Hulu? They have some
They are free

I just discovered a site called bodyrock dot tv
Very challenging exercises but the good thing is that it usually only takes me 12 - 30 minutes to complete the whole thing.

I was just about to post this. This site is awesome!

www.bodyrock.tv

They post short but intense workouts usually daily with minimal equipment. I dont' have any of the equipment they use so I modify to work with what I have. They are currently running a 30 day challenge that is fantastic and it works. I never thought that 12 minutes a day would be effective but it is as long as you push yourself.

I'm doing the 30 day challenge too! I'm sore everyday

I really  Leslie Sansome DVD's. I also use the two 15min. segments on Realage to make a 30min. workout when I "need" to do it but don't quite have the energy for the cardio workout I do on the DVD. I have lost inches, toned up, and lost weight (try to do them 4-5 days a week). I can't say enough about her technique and encouragement. You don't even need any special equipment, although I do use a yoga mat to have a little cushion. Some of her DVD's are more difficult than others, but the cardio is the one I like. It keeps me in shape and uses all the body muscles just with a walking base - but it is way more than just walking :) If you do get deeper into some of them, they use weighted balls and stretch bands. Good luck, I'm living proof they work :yay: (Tip: check the online "Realage" 2-15min. segments before buying to have an idea what she's about)

I'm about a week and a day behind and my triceps and shoulders are still sore from my workout on Monday!
I'm a week behind too, I did the legs and shoulders yesterday. Shoulders feel ok but oh those legs!

If I want to use the computer... I just have to walk. I've lost 20 pounds in 75 days. I would have lost more but did a bit of traveling over the holidays. The treadmill doesn't travel well. I also use the XBox Kinect. You can't cheat on that thing.

Sparkpeople.com has some fitness videos on their site. They also have forums, weight loss and healthy living tips, etc. It's a great site with some really great people.

I also like Leslie Sansone's workouts. They're good exercise. I lost about 25 pounds a few years ago using her workouts and walking outside.

you can go to youtube and find some great videos-if you have the wii or any gaming system you can stream right to you tv. Search for Jenny ford she has some step aerobics etc There are even some leslie sasone workout there. Also if you want to create a playlist for zumba there are some instructors that put some of the current workout that they tape at their gym.

Or go to best buy, bed bath and beyond and find Supreme 90 which is a 10 disc workout series for $20. You can't go wrong with that

I did Day 3 of Week 2 last night but I only had time to do Lisa Marie's WO and not Sean's. Today will be Day 4, I'll do Day 5 tomorrow and then we go on a ski trip on Sun-Tue so I'll just pick it up where i should be next Wed, Day 3 of Week 3.

I'm already seeing results, which is amazing in only 12-30 minutes a day. I went through P90X about 2 years ago and the hour long workouts killed me. Truthfully, the results were good but not as good as I expected. I think my current results are just from muscle memory, which I love. I've lost 2 pounds too. :)

Sign me up for another Bodyrock.tv fan! I'm doing the challenge too, and sore daily, but it's a good sore!

I'd highly recommend it, just be prepared, the photos are a bit much. If you can look past the butts and ****s in your face, you'll love it!

If you have cable tv that has any type of on demand service I'm guessing you have a ton of options free of charge. On our cable service in the on demand category list you click on "free zone", then you click on health and fitness and there are a ton of workouts of all types that come up to select from. They switch them out fairly regularly, so you will have new ones to try and won't get bored. Unless it has changed, we also have an exercise tv channel somewhere on our cable that runs workouts quite a bit that you can record. I used to do quite a bit off that channel before I found our on demand sections.

I've been Bodyrockin since June and it has been the best thing EVER! I LOVE it! Some of my other favorite sites are Rockurbody.tv, and ToneItUp. All are on Facebook as well.

As a side note to Bodyrock, if you don't know already, but Zuzana is back with her own thing, she has her own FB page (away from Bodyrock) and her own Youtube channel once again. I think it is Zuzka Light. :thumbsup2
