we already have our rooms booked. All we want is enough cake for about 10 people a champagne toast and a JP. It looks like it's all or nothing according to their website. Can we customize it?

No I don't think so. It would be like an Intimate Add-On I believe. I have DVC and so I just did the add-on for our wedding.

If you do the intimate add-on as LIGrumpyGirl suggested, the only difference is you don't have to make room reservations with the package. But all the other package components are included. You can ADD to the package, but you cannot take anything away. I guess you don't have to use certain things (like the limo and the musician) but you are still being "charged" for their services as part of the package.
