Does anyone know if Amazon does price adjustments?

Ordered some toys on Amazon and (of course) the price dropped on about 4 items. Does anyone know if they will adjust the price?

Only if it is for $20 or more and within 7 days.

Their policy changed in September and they won't do price adjustments anymore. You might be able to get them to make a one-time exception, but not too many have had luck with that.
Have you already received the shipment? I was told by Amazon that I could refuse the shipment when it came and just place a new order, so that's what I did. It seems like a big run-around, but it worked.

If you pre-order something, there is usually an announcement of whether or not the pre-order price protection guarantee is available. That's the only time that I know of in which they'll honor the lower price.

I ordered something that was $29.99. The day it shipped it was $16.99, but they still charged me $29.99. They wouldn't give me the difference. I returned it and yesterday it was listed at $9.99 so I reordered it at that price.

I just ordered a lego set that is now $25 less. Should I try and get a price adjustment. I am just wondering if I order again, how much will it ship to send back the lst. one.

I pre-ordered the new Harry Potter book, and I got an email 2 days ago telling me the price went down so they are refunding me the difference.
