paste? I need to make paste for the kids to make their paper mache(sp?) bowls. I know you use flour and water is there anything else that needs to be put in it? And does it matter how thick it is? Thank-You!!

I think that maybe I misunderstand your question. We use 1/2 Elmer's glue and 1/2 water for paper mache.

I use to use flour and water, but now I just use liquid starch. It works much better and isn't as messy. Just buy a jug in the spray starch area and use it full strength out of the jug. It works great!! And it dries to a nice clear shine.
