Does anyone know how to cancel and rebook a different flight with southwest?

I have found a flight the same day but somewhat cheaper. Does anyone know how to cancel and rebook a flight with southwest? This can be done without fees correct? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you in advance!!!!

Just go under change flight on their home page, then put in your reservation number and last name and the process will start.

That was easy enough! I guess I was so excited that it has gone down that I didn't even see that option!! Thank you!

Be sure to write down your reservation number, the amount of your credit & the date you must use it by. You have one year from the date you made the original reservation to fly by.
