Does anyone know how they make the dressing for "little nutty chicken salad" at WCC?

I just LOVE that "little nutty chicken salad" over at the Whispering Canyon CAfe. Does anyone know how they make the dressing? Is there someplace I can write for the recipe? I think the menu says it's some kind of walnut vinegrette. Does anyone like wishbone or Ken's make a walnut vinegrette?

Thank you SO much! I'd really appreciate any info you can get. I wonder if they'll give you the recipe? I'm hoping they will! I love that salad! If you haven't tried it, you should give it a a try. It's on their lunch menu, but if you're there for dinner, they'll make it for you if you ask! I love that place!!

I tried the salad last week and it was wonderful! I did speak to the Chef and made a recipe request. As soon as I hear back from him I'll let everyone know.
