Does anyone know, how many pressed penny machines there are?

There are a bazillion of them. Remember to bring pre-1982 pennies, because the others get weird streaks and colors. Shiny is best, too. There are actually places that will sell you rolls of pre-1982 pennies.

There are also pressed quarter machines. Z)*#@%*&

And, of course, you can buy little Disney pressed penny holders.

It's heaven for kids who like that stuff.

Do they sell these in most of the gift shops? I don't remember ever seeing these last time...are they books that hold them? My son got like 2 pennies last trip and had fun with them, so I was thinking I might let him collect more this trip! Would be nice to have a book to put all of them in!

Love it! That site is so cool.

We are not avid collectors but we always bring the coins (in the m and m tube!) and just do them here and there. Just seeing the pics and list makes me want to do them more!

Cant wait to show the kids.

Yup. We saw them in pretty much every gift shop and bought one for our son outside of Stitch's Great Escape. He loves having all his pennies in one spot where he can look at them, display them, and not worry about losing them.

I discovered an iphone app yesterday called WDW Pennies and it shows all of the pennies and quarters as well as lets you mark which ones you have so you don't get dupes. I sat down yesterday and put in all of my daughters collection. I know we will be adding to hers in december as well as starting my son's so it will help to know which ones we have.

I need to find this! I had this idea a long time ago but, can't put up iphone apps. I just put my list as a pdf into Goodreader and annotate a check mark next to them.
