does anyone know.. Disney store question?

Our Disney store only seems to hire seasonal help. Apparently they rarely have any openings in regular posistions. I wouldn't want to ask this in an interview for fear of giving the wrong impression of my intentions, but do seasonal employees get disney merchandise and other (Dsiney World) discounts too? Or, are those discounts just for regular posistions? Has anyone worked for TDS seasonally? How was it?

My DH had interview for seasonal (turned them down when he found out what the pay would be) but he seems to remember that discounts were available for seasonal positions also.
