AFAIK, there is no Federally set time of day for the Electoral College vote to take place; but each state has to do that vote on Dec. 15th. (Not Thursday -- Monday.) However, the status of President-Elect isn't really official until the entirety of the Electoral College vote is certified by Congress, which won't happen until January 8th.

Thanks for answering. As I said before, he really is not technically president-elect until the Electoral College has voted which they have not done that yet.

I am never going to be happy about the fact that this liar stole the election. And I find it arrogant to go around with this placard "Office of the President Elect". There is no office of the president-elect in our constitution and by our constitution, he is not even president-elect until after the vote of the Electoral college.

Since he is a constitutional law professor, you would think Mr. Obama would know this. The MSM certainly is not going to tell you that one.
