Does anyone here remember "Dumbo's Circus" from the OLD Disney Channel?

I heard a song at work the other day, and I started singing to the lyrics of Dumbo's Circus...and NO ONE knew what I was talking about!! Does anyone remember this show? They were GIANT costumes of Dumbo and a bunch of other characters I can't remember....I know there was a lion, a cat, and a monkey. What in the world were their names?!

YES! My siblings and I loved this show! And Donald Duck Presents. We always sang that theme song. It was quite catchy!

My kids watched it. The same songs were in the show over and over, very repetitive. My son liked that and he'd always sing along.

Well there was Dumbo of course, Fairdinkum the koala ringmaster, and that seems to be all I can remember. I loved the song though!

Funny thing- I don't remember the name of the characters either.

I remember that the koala bear was the ringmaster and the cat walked the tightrope.... what did the lion and the monkey do?

Wonder if they'll put that series out on DVD....

Yes! Dumbo's Circus and Welcome to Pooh Corner were shows I always watched whenever we got the Disney channel free preview!

I'm hazy on the names too, but I remember the characters...a dog that did magic tricks, an ape who resembled King Louie, a grumpy whiny cat, another cat- tightrope walker who I think was named Lily, the ringmaster kowala, and the lion....I'm sure the names will come back to me if I think about it....

You know, I used to LOVE The Hugga Bunch....but this picture just freaked me out. WHY did I like THIS as a kid?! I'd run screaming into the night now if I saw something like this in my room!!

Older DS (now 11) watched Dumbo's Circus when he was little...I'm sure I have a couple of recorded episodes around here someplace.

LOL...my 23 y/o DD watched Hugga Bunch over and over again. She loved it. A few months ago, we couldn't remember the name of it, I finally found it in a search, and, after she saw the pictures, said she doesn't remember watching it at all! The pictures of the dolls made her laugh. She said they were freaky! She even had a couple of the dolls.

My 25 yo DS watched Dumbo's Circus and loved it and now my 2 yo DGD absolutely loves Jojo's Circus on Playhouse Disney. I have tried to get something Jojo for her birthday but all I have found is a cd of the music from the show.
