Does anyone have the Fitbit?

Sadly, I just lost my fitbit zip this past Saturday. Not sure where it fell off, and of course I was at 5 different places before I knew it was missing!: furious:

I did love it though!

I think I am going to get a new one, so all of these reviews have been helpful!

I lost two - I liked it well enough to replace it once, but when I lost the second, that was too much. The wrist ones are ugly and the other ones too easy to lose.

my fitbit was missing for a month. I was so sad because it really helps me to walk more. I dont' want my little face to be sad. I found it the other day though! So, who knows, maybe one day you will be like OMG there it is! Good luck!

I feel bad for the people who've lost their Fitbit Zip :guilty: I don't think mine could ever fall off. Mine is so hard to get off that I have to use both hands. The cover/clip thing on it is really tight. I don't know if that's because it was a promotional cover/clip from DH's work vs. the standard one?

I hope the lost Zips turn up!

I just got the Force today. I am not good technically. I did put my information in and got it all set up. I know that this is probably a brain dead question but what do I do? Just start walking and then it tracks my steps? I am planning on starting with it tomorrow. How do I find out how I can lose 8 lbs in 5 weeks? Someone said you can put in how much you want to lose and it will tell you what you have to do to obtain your goal. Also, does it track correctly if you are on an eliptical?

Thanks for your help.

Just wear it!! Once it's set up it does the rest. I've found that it will track steps on the elliptical but doesn't count it as "active minutes" I just go into the computer and log those minutes myself.

I have the Force and I don't think it's ugly...to each their own.

My zip says hi to all. My clip is really tight to and mine is one that came with it.

I bought the Fitbit Flex for my husband for Christmas and he has been pretty happy with it. He likes that is automatically syncs to the computer and iphone.

I have worn it the past few days just to see how active I am and to watch my sleep habits. I barely notice that I have it on which is good because I don't like to wear things on my wrist. I don't think it is 100% accurate as I taught a 45 minute Tabata class last night and it registered that I had 10 active minutes all day. Also it did not register my activity while I was in cycle class.

The biggest problem and design flaw in my opinion is that you have to "flick" it into sleep mode and then wake it up each morning. It took me almost 30 minutes of "flicking and tapping" to get it into sleep mode the other night and now I have a bruise on my wrist. Has anyone else had this problem?

On the Force you just press the button on the side to get it in sleep mode. Super easy.

I have the Force and I don't think it's ugly...to each their own.

It doesn't match the type of jewelry I normally wear to work - which tends to be a little more silver, gold or platinum and gemstones and a little less plastic and LED lights. Its doesn't accessorize well with the Raymond Weil watch.

Hanging around the house in yoga pants, they aren't ugly at all.

I have the one and I clip it to my bra, otherwise I keep losing it. :rotfl:

My One has been ordered now just waiting for it to get here, sort of excited - and now to get moving.

If you lose it, contact the company! I've lost mine twice now and they've replaced it both times! I love mine and wear it daily. Even being really careful, it's gotten lost. I have a FitBit One.

one of the employees in my company posted that she lost a lot of steps at WDW with the Flex because she was pushing a stroller and it didn't register.

I read that while this can be an issue with the Flex, it is not an issue with the Force. Just FYI for everyone! :)

I have the force and it's great for me!! I like the display and clock so through out the day I can check my step status without having to pick up my phone to check to app.

Husband got me the force for Xmas. I love it! I even forget I'm wearing it. I originally asked for flex but I'm much happier with the force.
