UGH. I have spent a bit of time this am on the phone on hold with Directv. I wanted to ask these questions to the customer service rep, but her English was so bad that I couldn't understand her and kept having to ask her to repeat. I think she was also talking with the mic too close to her mouth and so the speach was quite garbled.
Ok, enough complaining....just a frustration of the morning.....
I currently have Total Choice Plus with 3 DVRs and HD. It is running around $90/month. We did get a small discount for 6 months and it will be around $74/mo. for now.
What would the Family Package Cost? Would it be all indivitual pricing?
$29/Family programming
$7 DVR service
$6 per receiver (18 total or does the $7 cover one of them?)
$10 HD
Total being $64 plus tax, making it NOT a bargain or large savings.
Am I figuring this correctly?
We are also considering cancelling when our contract is up and going to OTA only.
