I'm in desperate need of organization, I have all my stickers in a file folder and my die cuts in a plastic storage bin. This method is not very functional, I don't have a clue what's in the folder or the box and its very annoying to look through while I'm scrapping. I was in Michaels yesterday and saw the Crop in Style PSB Binder. Does anyone have this and how do you like it? Also does Creative Memories have something similar (sp?)? If so, can anyone give me a comparison? Please.

Yes, I have the binder and I love it. It holds quite a lot of stuff in it. Sometimes it gets too heavy to open it. I also have seen the CM binder and while I like the insert sheets more but they don't make varies sizes. What I mean is if you collect die cuts or stickers that aren't CM they won't fit in their insert sheets. I haven't tried putting different insert sheets in so, maybe somebody her has. I also notice CM biggest size is 10 by 12 sheet which is small if you thing about it. Good luck....

Thank you very much for your reply. That exactly the kind of info I was looking for. Since I've only been to one CM crop I don't really have any of their products. So I guess the PSB is exactly what I'm looking for.

Thanks again.

I have two and think they are excellent... more so if you're a mobile scrapper, often going to crops!!

I have one (so far :teeth: ) It was getting full, but I just picked up the crop in style PaperTemplate Portfolio. I moved my templates from the binder into that to free up some space.

I am walking CropInStyle ad! NaNavigator, Paper taker, PSB binder, PT portfolio, picture carry case. I think that's it.

Thanks everyone for all the replies. I'm going to go make my purchase tomorrow.

Mike,
I was looking at all the Crop in Style stuff on line and it looks ideal for taking to crops. Currently I have the cropper hopper big green file thing on a wheeled cart. It was fine for home but, My purchases have out grown it and it is definitely not ideal for traveling to crops. How big is the Navigator really. And do you like it? Will a xyron 510 fit in it? (I really hate glue sticks) Or should I just jump off the edge and invest in the XXL?

I'll just throw in a last word about the CM binders---they have 5 different sized sticker/paper/diecut holders available for purchase. One size is for small strips, maybe 2" x 5" and each page has spaces for 16 strips. The plastic is very high quality and has a flap that folds over so your stickers cannot slip out. Then there are the "block" pages- these hold square shaped die cuts, papers or block sized sticker sheets- about 4" x 6" and there are 8 pockets per page (4 on front 4 on back). The Great Length pages hold the long, narrow sticker strips. These are 12" long by about 3-4" wide. These pages have 6 pockets per page. Then there are the pages that hold your sheets of paper (but yes, as the other person posted, 12x12 sheets will NOT fit in these- they are made for up to 10x12 sheets), your ABC sticker sheets, your bigger stickers that are wider than the great length, etc. And finally, there are the "ziploc" pages- I really like these pages- there are two horizontal pockets, about 6" x 10" that you can put scissors in, tape runners, other tools or odd shaped papers/stickers and instead of a flap, it has a heavy duty "ziploc" mechanism down the side. The binder itself costs $25 and comes with one of each of the sticker pages....additional sticker and paper pages are $2 and the ziploc style page is $3. Then the entire binder zips along the side for easy storage and has a sturfy handle for toting to crops, etc.

Before I got hooked on CM, I seriously studied the Crop in Style and even had a rolling tote....but I didn't like the looks of the quality of the plastic in their binders and sticker organizers....it looked like it might rip easily. But that was just my thought and since I didn't buy one, I can't really say from experience. I do REALLY love my CM organizational binder!

I got the PSB binder for Xmas and have just begun organizing all my stuff. I did purchase some of the CM plastic inserts (like the block and ziploc) and so far it's working out great. I chose it over the CM version b/c it can fit my 12X12 pages and if I ever wanted to bring my album out it can fit in there and be protected. I say go for it. I can already see where I might need another.

I have the PSB. Ever since I have had it I have had trouble with the rings. They often don't line up and cause the pages to come loose at one end or the other. I don't use a lot of stickers so it is really not that heavy. That being said, I still like it. It is probably the best way I know to keep my stickers and di cuts handy and in front of me. Before PSB I had often forgotten I had a certain page element that I could have used.

Hee- Hee-----"sturfy"

I meant Sturdy. :p

You asked about the XXL... LOVE mine!! Someone else commented that they were a walking Crop in Style ad... me, too!! LOL!! 2 PSBs, one of their photo thingys, 2 paper takers and then my XXL. I'm a mobile scrapper (have a crop tomorrow night and then an all day one on Saturday). I think these things are must haves and if you saw everyone at the crops I attend, I think they'd agree since they all have them, too. Someone else commented on the poor quality of the pages in the PSB. I've had mine since they were first released and I have NEVER had one rip!! I even have purchased extra, so mine are stuffed!! Everything has held up remarkably well!!

Now for my embellishments, I prefer my Plano 1234 tackle box... LOL!! But that's for another thread!!! ;)

The navigator has done me well. I had much stuff in it, at first I even had my PSB IN IT but now the PSB is out and I have more stuff in it. I had three 12x12 albums in it along with LOTS of other stuff.

If I were going to suggest the XXL or the Navigator? I would say the XXL it is around the same price, and little bigger and the pockets on the outside seem a little better sized and laid out. I have been thinking of getting an XXL and selling my navigator for a little extra room.

I never tried fitting in my 510 because I have my 150 in there and that I use more.

I will try to get a list of the stuff I have in my navigator if you are interested in what it holds. I may even take a picture or two.

Mike
