Does anyone have recent experience verifying FL residency online?

Does anyone have recent experience with the online Florida residency verification and whether it covers you and your other ticketholders? When I bought the tickets, it asked for my drivers license, but not my husband's, even though I had both of our names in there for the tickets (linked in MDE). I searched on here and some older posts said it only covers you, but I'm hoping they've changed it since it said I could now buy tickets for all members of my household. We've been going there for years, it seems like it would be in the records somewhere. If I can just go through the gate on day 1, but he still has to go to Guest Services to show his ID first, that feature of doing it online isn't really saving any time. TIA!

I believe it only does you not a family member
Myself I just go to guest service and show them my FL driver license and get my AP and I’m all set

Yes, that's the normal procedure that we're used to as well, but this whole "do it online" thing seems useless if you aren't a solo traveler. Not going to buy separate tickets and then link them later. No big deal, we usually arrive after the morning rush anyway.
