Does anyone have "Play On"?

Does anyone have Play On? I was looking at it, and the big package that is a one time fee of $59.99 for lifetime watching and includes X channels. Some channels have a symbol next to them that means you have to have cable or DTV to see it, but some do not. For instance Fox News channel is on there. What is it? Just clips? Or the actual channel like you would see if you got it on cable? (no cable required, according to the symbols)

Any other info on it?
If you don't have cable/dish, is it worth it? Wanting to dump DTV but still get news etc....
