Hello!
I recently reserved a spot for an Intimate at Sunset Pointe on January 20th, 2007, but was told that the spot is only on hold until the details and pricing for 2007 will be released. The woman I spoke to (I can't remember her name) said that when the 2007 details are available, a contract will be sent out for us to firm up the details.
First question: Does anyone either from previous experience or through the grapevine have an idea of when the FTW details for the following year will be released?
Second question: What information (pricing for extras?) will be included with the contract?
Third: Am I being paranoid or should I be on them about remembering to book our wedding? I have a fear that because we are a very small Intimate, we may not be anywhere near priority.
Oh and one more: Are the weddings tracked using the resort reservation number? After I got off the phone, I realized that I don't have a reference number or anything like that for the tentatively reserved wedding date.
