My DH got me for mothers day a 50 min Sweedish Massage and a French Body Polish at the Disney Institute for Mothers Day. You can call the Disney Institute (sorry, I dont have the # handy) and they will fax a menu of the services with decriptions and prices. It was very nice, and you have all day to use the whirlpool, sauna, steam bath, etc at DI. The masseuse I had was a little odd in the fact that she kept talking and talking and at times the topic were very strange and uncomfortable (she talked about a lot of odd foods and preprations and how her family was very poor growing up and their means for food, etc...just not things you want to talk about when getting a massage

My husband has golfed there several times. It's pricey, but he manages to overcome that and thoroughly enjoy himself.
If your Dad goes to the course as a single golfer, they will probably add him to someone else's group -- my DH has had good and not-so-good experiences with that... I believe they can also be a bit fussy about slow play during peak times.
If your Dad is a serious golfer, what may be more special for him is a private golf lesson. My DH has also had a few of those and said the golf pros were top notch.
