LOTS of good news today.

MRI came back NEGATIVE for a stress fracture. I have shin splints, which I can treat with physical therapy.

The mysterious lesion was a bone island that I can do nothing about but ignore!

And I am cleared to run RIGHT NOW. (well, not right now, but when I get home). Central Park here I come.

Oh, and my husband got a press release.
