Does anyone have any Make a Wish designs?

Hi everyone,I haven't been on this board in awhile and I was wondering if anyone knows of disigners that have Make a wish designs.My 7yr old nephew is taking his Make a Wish trip in April and it will be his 8th bday while there so I thought I would make him some shirts.If you have seen any designs or you make the designs could you let me know where to look.Thanks so much
