Does anyone have a reservation for the week before or after Christmas Onsite?

I was wondering the various rates that you have gotten? We are considering going down December 26th - December 30th 2002! We have Entertainment and Universal Fan Club cards, so what discounts have you gotten with those?

We are going December 30 and have reservations for a kid's suite plus a deluxe room at the HRH. I believe that from Christmas Day til New Years is blacked out for the Entertainment rate. We got our rooms through Loew's and there were no discounts offered. This is a really busy time so I don't know how many discounts there will be available.

We're staying at the Royal Pacific,Dec20th-Dec 24thWe were able to book a standard room for $99,a pool-view room for $109 or a club level for $139 using the Ent rate.I believe from Christmas through New Years is "black-out"time for all discounts.

I would still try for a discount, like AAA, AP, or Florida or Georgia residents. It doesn't hurt to ask!
