Does anyone have a picture of the HRH's pool slide?

Is there a height restriction? I'm sure my almost 6 ds fearless fish will love it and I'm trying to decide between HRH and RPH.

Never stayed on site before,

HRH is closer to the parks?

Any other reason to choose HRH? .

Thanks a bunch!

Wow, the pool is huge. Are adults allowed down the slide? Ds is going to love the underwater music. He already swims under water more than above.

I just booked the HRH for 149 with the Florida resident rate! but I signed up for the Loews membership after I had already booked on Universal's site. The rate was the same, so does it matter?

Thanks for the great pics!!!

Yes adults are allowed on the pool slide. The guard at the top loves ladies in thongs!!!

Here's a couple I took last May.

LOL, no thongs here, but I've been wondering what it takes for those guards to be nice to you...at the slide at POFQ there was a big puffed out chest dude with an attitude and finally the bartender came over and told him to chill.

Thanks so much for the pictures Margj!

This is our first trip to Universal and we're staying at RPH. I thought I read somewhere that if you were staying at one of the Universal hotels, you could swim at all 3 pools. Does anyone know if this is so? We have 2 teens and 2 "tweens", and I think they'll get bored at the RPH pool, and the HRH pool with the slide looks like a lot more fun for them. Thanks. And thanks Margj for the great pictures! That really helps give an idea of what the HRH pool looks like. When I called Universal and asked if they could send us a brochure (so we could plan ahead as our time is limited and this is our first trip) the woman I talked to was like "oh, just download it off the internet". I've gotten just as many helpful ideas from reading these boards than going to the official sites (no offense to Universal or Disney). Props to you guys! Your paychecks are in the mail. :thumbsup2

I might wear mine too. I've never seen someone pass out in person before. After 2 kids I'll bet it's a real eye for him.opener. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2

My now 6 year old was going down those slides at Universal when he was just turning two. We adults go down also. Pool hopping is allowed. We usually wear swimsuits under our clothes at the parks and stop at one of the other pools when we leave. Just show your room key for towels. Your son will probably like both the Hard Rock and the ship at RP. All sorts of water sprayers.

It is amazing. Bring some cash to the pool with you, or allow charging on your room key. They have servers that walk around asking everyone if they want a drink. There are speakers all over playing pop music. I took this picture last year.

That is "the moment" everyone dreams of. I'm sitting in a lounge chair, cold Heinekin draft beer in my hand, music is playing, everyone is having a good time.

Oh, love the picture, I'll take an apple Smirnoff Ice please, wish I was there now, good to see there is some shade for this pasty white Irish girl covered in self tanner and spf50.

Ds is going to love the music!!! When I think about it, that's what's missing at the hotel pools....we always have music on when we're swimming at the rental villas.

Thanks!
