Some say you can hear the music at the entrance to DHS, some say you can't. Any info. on being able to hear the music at the entrance?

I have tried this three times. One time I could barely hear a little, the other two times not at all. Which is frustrating, because there are speakers out there, and they continue to play the generic background music. It would be very easy to pipe the show music out there. It is a fantastic view of the pyrotechnics, though!

I understand that, but they pipe music to the Poly beach, and to the TTC ferry dock, so they could do the same at DHS.

Yeah but with all the closures at HS, Disney wants to bring people into the park, not have them hanging around outside the park. MK doesn't have that problem.
