Does anyone have a .PES file with a plain Mickey Head?

I just got a Brother 2800d, it's my first machine and I am so excited! I didn't get a digitizing program yet as I want to learn how to use it before REALLY getting crazy I have already made my son some Mickey embroidered shirts, going to attempt applique next.

But I was looking for a .PES file for a solid embroidered mickey head. I have seen outlines for applique but not filled.

What a gracious offer! I have Embird for monograms and minor alterations but I feel like digitizing is waaayyy above my skill set. I'd love it if you were able to digitize an appliqué design of a Mickey and a Minnie ice cream bar on a stick with a bite out of it. I saw a few fabulous shirts using the bar in place of an "I" or an "L" in a child's name, but they were using iron ons. Anything you are willing to do would be great!
