Millers Rewards. I just did this a few weeks ago for some dvd's. Go to weekly visits in Millers. Click on rewards cafe. Place your order from the rewardscafe link. Then forward your confirmation to Millers Rewards. They give 2 points for every dollar spent. I got my points quickly too!
