I don't need to hear from people who DON'T like Orange (or the ride at all) I wanted to see if there was anyone who DOES like it.

I don't get too motion sick, so I wanted to try it, but if there is like, no one who likes it I guess I would try green.

I'm in a similar boat to you, I've never been affected by motion sickness or any ride making me a little wobbly but I've heard mission space orange can take out even the strongest of ride goers!

Interested to see peoples replies!

I have no problems with Orange and do enjoy it. The problem I have is not many people in my group enjoy it so I almost never get to go.
The only time Orange negatively affected me was when I was already sick or already felt off.

It is more intense, therefore more realistic, so i prefer it.

But I only go orange if the other members of my party are up to it.

It's not, literally everyone stumbles off Orange holding the barf bag...but it does impact more guests than other rides.

I prefer Orange as a single, wifey and I do green when she rides.

I'm somewhat prone to motion sickness, but I prefer orange. The key to not getting sick on any simulator ride is to keep looking straight ahead. If you take your eyes off the screen, you're in trouble.

I think the tea cups are way worse than mission space.

^^^This.

Though, I'll say that I think the Green side is plenty exhilarating. I've debated taking my kiddos (9, 8 and 6) on the Orange side, but they love the ride so much that I'd hate for that to ruin it for them.

Anyone have thoughts on how kids typically handle Orange?

I love it!, is the ride I always go to and always get freaked when waiting for it, but no power on earth will make me do the green one, the G force is great, and if you follow the instructions you won't feel dizzy.

I have more of an issue with Star Tours than I do with Mission Space Orange. As long as you don't take your eyes off the screen, you will be fine. I always feel fine coming off Orange. Star Tours makes me all hot and dizzy, I end up sweating and need to sit right after.

I used to enjoy it. As of late not so much, it's a ride no one in my family enjoys including my wife. I would prefer to not go on it than ride alone, was a poor choice for Disney IMO, even though I enjoy the ride.

My sons DS19 and DS17 rode orange in January. DS19 has always liked orange from the time before they offered green. This year, DS17 had motion problems; he probably won't ride again.

I have trouble with circles and haven't done orange in years myself.

I like Orange. I actually do have some motion sickness issues, particularly with simulator type rides. For example, I have issues with all of Universal's screen based attractions, but Mission Space isn't too bad.

I've always ridden green, just thinking that's the safer way to go. A few years ago my brother in law talked me into trying Orange with him after we spent a couple of hours in WS getting some liquid courage. Horrible, idea, I know. But I survived it, I enjoyed it and I've done Orange since.

DH and I always do orange and love it. Same with our kids, ages 10, 11 and 14 last time we were there. I will say I always follow the advice of facing forward and watching the screen.

We love it! Honestly, I don't see why you'd ride the ride and NOT experience the weightless sensation, that's the point of the ride. It would be like riding TOT with an option to not drop. Why bother?

My kids have always and only ridden Orange, even when they were small. As long as they were tall enough, they rode it on orange, and never had issues.

My daughters (15 and 9) like it. My wife wont ride orange or green.

I was hesitant to take my kids on it as well, as they enjoyed green. We tried it for the first time on our trip last June. I did not enjoy orange, but my husband and both kids (ages 8 and 5 at the time) all loved it and wanted to go again.
