I like the new way too. It's much easier to find the trip tread. It doesn't get buried so quickly.

I agree with another poster that there needs to be some standardization on the "Who's Sailing" subject lines. It seems everyone has a different way of asking who is going on their sailing date.

..., just another opinion!

Often my views are not with the mainstream! :upsidedow But, this time I am with the majority -- I like the new format! :smooth: And I think that it has made it easier for other to find and join our cruise thread!

Thank GOODNESS we no longer have to wade through all of those "I'm sailing XXXXX, who's sailing with us?" posts to get to the questions and answers.

I like it!

I agree with this as well. Although, the yyyymmdd system being used now has got to go! It's very difficult to look, let alone read, all of those numbers running together!

I think the standard way of writing the date would be the way to go. Like:

August 28, 2004 vs. 20040828

The latter is just plain obnoxious!

I agree!!!

I really have no opinion either way... I look at both, the only opinion I REALLY have is that I dislike the numeric way of listing dates, I am usually tired when I am on the computer and don't want to "crack a code" to figure out what the thread is about. I prefer.. December 13 sailors or whatever....
