Does anyone else constantly waffle over resort choice?

Disney resorts are like a great desert buffet, so many choices, and why limit yourself? Make a reservation, do some research, read these boards and then change your reservations, it costs nothing (If you do it within the time limit imposed), and if your still unsure or have more or less money - change your reservations again - the beauty of all this is YOU CAN'T GO WRONG - IT'S DISNEY!!!!!!!

I am glad that there are other people that do the same thing I do. My DH said I should stop planning so early because I change my mind every other day about which resorts are on my top 5 list. We never book until AP rates are out, so I always have several choices I am willing to go with. I keep telling my DH that planning is almost as much fun as the trip. but... he just doesnt understand.

One great thing about traveling to WDW is that it makes everything else seem cheap in comparision! I'm planning to surprise DH and take him to Vegas for his 25th b-day this summer and I can't believe the room rates! We can get a super-nice suite at Caesars for what you would pay for LV concierge at Poly.

Any yes, I am an evil one! Sometimes I'll get all excited about a Disney "bargain" and then step back and think, "I'm EXCITED about paying ONLY $350 for a freakin' hotel room?!?!?"

My husband and I are staying at Disney for 4 days before our cruise on the Mariner of the Seas out of Port Canaveral. It has been 18 years since we have been here and are traveling alone. A lot of things have changed and I had no idea where to stay. After a lot of helpful information from this board i finally decided on the Swan. I began my journey at the Grand Floridian then to the Yacht and Beach Club and finally decided on the Swan for Location, AAA discount, and a more adult atmosphere. Thanks again to all who helped me.
