Does anyone do tip envelopes for dining?

I posted a question about whether anyone uses tip envelopes for TS restaurants, but haven't gotten an answer yet. Was wondering if any of you more "creative types" have done this or have any links to any envelope ideas. Thanks.

Also, if anyone has anything for Kona Cafe, les Chefs, Boma & 1900 Park Fare for dinner that would be perfect.

I am going pretty soon and would love to see more of these too! They are great!

I went to the "photo frames" decoration page and some of these work out well. I re-sized them to use.

I'm slowly adding new tip envelopes based on the requests above. I am unable to locate a 1900 Park Fare image that I find suitable for a background, so I've done this general Cinderella/Step Sisters envelope....more to come later...

These are great. Have you ever thought about doing invitations to the meals??
Just a thought I had...I have my tip envelopes done and most of them filled with the money I do a little at a time...Thank you...for all you do to help us non-designers out.
