"personal problems" is the most you're going to get.

they're a band.

they're temperamental.

They probably didn't get exactly what they wanted with the set tour dates, so they canceled.

thats how famous people work.

Another thing, are you going to share your personal problems with a bunch of people you aren't close to? It's like asking the girl who works at Starbucks why there are scars on her wrist (I made that up). They aren't going to share.
