Does anybody know anything about the Jaycees?

I was invited to join by someone who goes to my church and is also a classmate of mine and wondered if anyone knows anything about them.....Are they a good organization to get involved with?

The Jaycees in our community are the Charter Organization for our Cub Scouts. They do a lot of community service in our area and have always been very good to our scouts.

Short for Junior Chamber of Commerce. I was in it for 2 years. A non-descript civic club but I had great fun.
