of total points that were sold at OKW. An earlier thread questioned the profit DVC actually brings to WDW. Over 50 yrs the profit may not be huge, but the immediate cash cow it must have allowed WDW to do other more profitable things.I'm going to assume $65.00 was average price for all.

I would assume a lower price than $65 for average. They started at $50 / point. It was $62 a point in early 2000. Also, I'm sure many of the points were sold with Magical Beginnings, so the net immediate cash flow was less than the "selling price". Also, when they started, there were park passes included. DVC probably had to transfer some of the immediate cash flow to the park accounts.
