Those pictures made me remember how wonderful that gelato looked at BC Marketplace. We were always there in the morning, so never tried it. Glad to know it tastes as good as it looks. Thanks for the wonderful pics. Now I need to wipe the drool off of my laptop

I'll have my snack credit burning in my hand, just waiting to use it on some of that gelato! (At least at the BC, I don't know if the cart takes a snack credit)

Thanks to all who are going to do the research - Which is better: BC Marketplace or EPCOT gelato cart? Please report your findings!

The cart is cute, but I'm figuring I could burn off the gelato calories just walking to get one at the Beach Club. The people at the BC Marketplace are going to wonder why the sudden run on it.

The cart outside in the Italy pavilion at Epcot sells yummy gelato. They sell chocolate, vanilla and pistachio (my favorite!) By the way, the lemon and strawberry flavors are italian ices, not gelato.

The Marketplace at the Beach Club has a lot of different kinds of gelato.

Have you had the "real" gelato from Italy? If so, how does either of these places compare? When I was in Italy several years ago, I fell in love with gelato. We ate it sometimes 3x a day LOL American ice cream just doesn't compare IMHO.
