Does any know who does child voice commercials?

How many times have a heard a radio commercial using a child's or a child like voice and wondered; "Is it really an 8 year old or an adult pretending to be an 8 year old". Does anyone know?

tv and movies they are mainly adults like bart simpon is a lady. and adults do rugrats i know that one of the voices was on the show a different world. , i wish i could name more but my mind isnt working write now..
